Packing & Posting
Please give us a window of 1 to 5 working days to get your order picked, securely packed, and handed over to our delivery partners. The second it’s on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on its progress and know exactly when to expect the postman!

Standard Post (7-14 working days) - £3.99: Brilliant for standard top-ups. Even better, if you treat yourself and spend over £10, we’ll cover the postage costs entirely. Yes, absolutely FREE!

Expedited Post (3-10 working days) - £7.99: Got a special occasion coming up or just can't wait? Opt for our speedy service to get your goodies through the letterbox much quicker.
Sending Love Overseas
To our lovely international customers: your parcel is going on a big adventure! Because it’s crossing borders, customs authorities may sometimes pause its journey for a quick check. This can cause slight delays that we can’t speed up, no matter how much we wish we could. Also, please remember that you will be responsible for paying any import duties or local taxes when it arrives.
